Yes, I know I am a week late here. But..better late than never? Is that a good way to start the new year? Probably not, but hey, that's how it goes..
2012, you were a pretty great year for me. Started out rough, but ended better than any of my previous 22 years! In the past 12 months, I met a boy, moved 2 hours away from that boy, but moved out on my own and felt like an adult, fell in love with that boy, did the whole long distance thing, hated it. Loved him. Had more emotioanal breakdowns than I care to admit. Got engaged after 5 months from our first date! Now we're planning a wedding! One nephew turned 1 year old, I got a 2nd nephew, and I fell in love with those little boys even more each time I saw them. My relationships with my family grew and I realize now more than ever the importance of family. I watched 2 of my best friends fall in love and get engaged, the other best friend had the cutest baby boy!
2013, you will bring me the best day of my life, when I get to be sealed to my handsome fiance for time and all eternity. You will bring the same joy to 2 of my best friends and my sister best friend (though it's still unofficial.) You will bring me another move. The joy of continuing to watch my nieces and nephews grow. I will officially gain 2 families. I will get my dog back (sorry Zack and Kenz, she's coming with us!!)! And I will fall in love more every day with that boy of mine!
2012 will be a hard year to beat, but I can't wait to see what else 2013 brings for us!
